Well, I just started to cut. I got out my design wall (flannel backed tablecloth) and rigged a way to hang it over the bookcase. Oh to have a space just for quilting. Nothing is balanced yet but I can see what colors and patterns stand out. More to come.

It's looking good already. I like the boxes. Have you seen One Block Wonders? It has some amazing boxes made with kaleidoscope blocks. When I made mine I bought a special ruler, 60 degrees I think. It made things a lot easier.

That is really cool! In your previous post, I thought the fabrics were just wonderful - and I spotted one that I have. It's one of those that I have to go along with my little blue work blocks. Will be anxious to keep track of how this comes along - so far, it's awesome.
